I am a mom of 4-year-old twins and a dental surgeon. I have been suffering from continuous bleeding for 3 months straight which resulted in anemia, weakness, and tiredness. I approached a Gynecologist who diagnosed that there is thickening of the endometrial layer and hormonal imbalance issues resulting in continuous bleeding. I was offered pills to arrest my bleeding. The bleeding stopped when I was on the pills and restarted within days after I went off the pills. The doctor suggested me to go through D&C to remove the excess endometrial layer. The idea was to do hysterectomy (removal of the uterus) if the bleeding did not stop within a few days after D&C. I consulted a few other Gynecs and the answer was the same from everyone - "Hysterectomy". I decided to go through D&C and wait for few months to see how it goes. I was taking iron pills which caused me severe constipation and with time I developed anal fissures. My toilet routine became very painful.
After my D&C, I consulted Hema, Holistic Nutritionist for a diet plan to regain my energy and health. She did lifestyle and health assessments and provided me a protocol that consisted of lots of plant-based foods, herbal powders, and few supplements. Within a week my stools were much soft and my anal fissures started to heal. I did not bleed much after D&C and to my surprise, my next cycle came on the 28th day. It has been 6 months now since I started following her protocol and my cycles are regular and no bleeding in between cycles. I am very happy that I am given a second chance with my uterus.
I would recommend her services to anyone going through hormonal imbalance issues such as fibroids, PCOD, ovarian cysts, endometriosis for a few months before giving up on your uterus.
